Offices at Bidgood Strong are part design studio, part design lab. The clean, concrete-and-plaster shell with soaring 22-foot ceilings act as a team workspace with Strong Built, and a showcase for salvaged treasures, experimental materials and playful prototypes that inspire and inform each project.

Every element in the space prompts a story, from the goat-hair shag area carpet; the 1960’s curved sofa rescued from a remodelling job; to the fluted concrete meeting table cast in house. Custom CNC profiled panelling wraps the walls, an acoustic solution for a restaurant client that first ran a test round at the studio. The upstairs mezzanine space houses the entire sample library above a row of private phone rooms; while industrial skylights bathe the area in natural light.
