Lovingly nicknamed The Dollhouse, our client’s compact 1930’s home wasn’t quite fit for their young family. Interiors were refreshed salvaging as much original charm character as possible, while increasing functionality and adding a small multi-level addition. The project was mindful of cost, spatial proportions, and minimizing disruption to backyard and mature trees. Marrying our client’s distinct styles, we created a space fundamentally contemporary yet warm and inviting, building upon the home’s Art Deco features.
